Job Description

We are looking for freelancers passionate about design with a 360° vision, capable of designing functional assets that can be used both for a large format print and as the basis of an interactive course or an animation.

If you enjoy seeing your ideas in large print (from corporate hallways to industrial floors) and at the same time are an expert in creating dynamic visual concepts for digital and e-learning environments, we want to meet you.

Your objective will be to transform abstract concepts into visual experiences, dividing your talent into two main fronts:

1. Transformation of Spaces (Visual Management)

• Conceptualization and design of physical applications: vinyl, canvas, boards, posters, floor graphics, totems and signage.
• Visual criteria to adapt brand concepts to different formats and surfaces.
• Basic pre-press knowledge (bleeds, resolution, color profiles).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and propose visual solutions.

Deliverables:
• Design of pieces for printing: vinyl, canvas, banners, floor graphics, signage, visual manuals.
• Digital dummies for client approval.
• Leave files ready for production.

2. Digital Experiences (Motion & E-learning)

• Look & Feel: Creation of unique visual styles, color palettes and fonts optimized for screens, ensuring a coherent aesthetic.
• Animation (Assets): Ability to illustrate and design elements thinking about their future movement, delivering organized files (layers, vectors, optimized assets).
• E-learning: Design of interfaces for courses, buttons, navigation bars and menus, prioritizing usability and user experience.

Deliverables:
• Visual styles, infographics and graphic resources for e-learning and animation.
• Digital samples for approval.
• Files and editables organized by layers, with clear names and without unnecessary hidden elements.

Application Requirements:
• Advanced use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Basic knowledge of After Effects (desirable).
• Mandatory Portfolio: Only applications that include a link to a portfolio will be considered. Without prior work samples, the application will be automatically discarded.
• Technical Equipment: It is essential to have the computer equipment and software (current licenses) to execute the required programs and work without setbacks.
• Full-time availability (or high workload) to join projects with a duration of 3 months. Due to the nature and pace of deliveries, we require professionals who can prioritize this project and ensure the fulfillment of objectives in demanding times.",
