At SEEK we understand that visual identity is a strategic asset. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for translating marketing objectives into effective visual concepts, managing assets for networks (static, carousels, reels/motion graphics) and collaborating on UI/UX and graphic elements of landing pages that improve the conversion rate. Additionally, you will coordinate brand stewardship of the identity manual and lead design initiatives with a user-centered approach and measurable results.

Main Functions
Visual Strategy: translate marketing objectives into creative visual concepts that communicate the value proposition and improve conversion.
Social Media Management: create specific assets (static, carousels, reels/motion graphics) adapted to professional/B2B narratives on LinkedIn and images/visual style for Instagram.
Web Design: collaborate on UI, banners, landing pages and graphic elements to optimize the user experience and conversion rate.
Brand Guardianship: ensure consistency with the visual identity manual and propose coherent brand evolutions.
Leadership and Collaboration: work with Copywriters and Content Managers to align the message with the image and business objectives.
Requirements and Competencies
Hard Skills
Adobe Suite: expert mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Web/UI Design: advanced use of Figma or Adobe XD.
Multimedia: After Effects and Premiere Pro (basic/intermediate level) for Motion Graphics on networks.
Generative AI: use of tools such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly to optimize workflows.
Formats: in-depth knowledge of dimensions, weights and technical specifications for each platform.
Soft Skills
Strategic thinking: understanding the 'why' behind each design.
Time management: handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Attention to detail: neatness in finishes, visual spelling and composition.
Adaptability: iterate designs based on feedback and performance.
Desirable skills
Experience working in B2B environments and on projects with a focus on conversion. Knowledge of project management and communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Training in user-centered design and the ability to present design proposals in a clear and persuasive way.
