Are you passionate about digital design and the power of visual communication to generate real impact on brands? At Human to Human Hub we are looking for a creative, strategic and detail-oriented Freelance Designer - Part Time to join the team of our client Voltereta Media, an agency specialized in marketing for the health sector in Spain.
The main objective of this role is to conceptualize, design and produce visual and audiovisual pieces for digital environments and social networks, guaranteeing aesthetic coherence, communicative impact and alignment with the creative strategy of each brand. We are looking for someone who combines visual sensitivity, technical mastery and the ability to transform ideas into attractive, functional and digital-oriented content.
What will you do in this role?
1. Digital Visual Content Production
• Design graphic pieces aimed at social networks and digital environments, prioritizing visual clarity, communicative impact and aesthetic coherence.
• Develop visual compositions aligned with creative ideas, copy and strategic guidelines defined by the team.
• Maintain visual consistency in the identity of the managed brands, respecting graphic guides and creative criteria.

Practical experience of more than two years in graphic design or digital content production. Demonstrable experience in creating visual pieces for social networks. Functional knowledge of digital design and editing tools. Proven ability to interpret ideas and turn them into effective visual pieces. Portfolio that demonstrates skills in digital and audiovisual content. Availability to meet partial schedules with operational coincidence with the creative team.
Technical knowledge
Design and Editing Tools- Advanced command of digital design tools such as Canva and functional management of the Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).- Management of video editing tools such as CapCut for the production of dynamic content.- Ability to work with graphic and audiovisual formats adapted to digital environments.
Content Production for Social Networks- Understanding of formats, styles and dynamics of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.- Practical knowledge of visual trends, consumption rhythm and digital user behavior.- Ability to optimize visual pieces according to the technical requirements of each platform.
Visual Composition and Applied Design- Knowledge of composition, visual hierarchy, typography and use of color.- Ability to structure clear and effective visual messages.- Technical criteria to ensure visual quality in digital formats.
