Position: Graphic Designer

Type of contract: Work or labor (with the possibility of direct connection depending on performance)

Position Objective

Develop and execute creative and functional visual pieces that strengthen the communication, identity and image of the organization, ensuring coherence with the brand strategy and commercial objectives.

Guarantee that the organization's visual communication is clear, attractive, consistent and aligned with the corporate identity, contributing to the positioning and recognition of the brand.

What you will do:

· Design graphic pieces for digital media (social networks, banners and advertisements) and printed media (flyers, brochures, labels, banners, presentations, speakers, vinyl, notices, etc.).

· Create and maintain visual identities, brand manuals and graphic lines.

· Make graphic compositions, with the help of AI, photo retouching and montages.

· Prepare final artwork for printing and ensure production quality.

· Collaborate with marketing, communications, product and sales teams.

· Ensure visual consistency across all communication channels.

· Comply with established deadlines

· Support the creation of creative campaigns and visual proposals.

What we are looking for:

Professional in Graphic Design with experience of 4-7 years

· Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, affinity).

· Essential use of AI for graphic resources

· Knowledge of design for social networks, digital advertising and creative content.

· Basic knowledge of animation, video or motion graphics (desirable).

· Preparation of final arts and printing knowledge.

Hours Monday to Friday from 8:00am and 6:00pm with two hours of lunch and Saturdays from 8:00am to 12pm

*Clear and assertive communication with printers, suppliers and internal team, frustration management.

*Time management and prioritization (mail and Odoo set your daily rhythm).

*Ability to work under pressure and with multiple projects in parallel.
