Profile: Sr. Graphic Designer

Required
•\ +5 years of experience in Graphic Design with a balanced approach in the development of graphic/written materials and audiovisual content.
•\ Experience in:
o\ Generation of graphic communications and written materials.
o\ Agile creation of dynamic designs with high visual impact.
o\ Preparation of internal communication proposals.
o\ Design of videos and audiovisual material for IT initiatives.
•\ Experience in Canva and Adobe After Effects tools.
•\ Skills:
o\ Sense of urgency and high responsiveness.
o\ Proactivity to anticipate needs.
o\ Initiative to propose design alternatives.
o\ Service orientation and work under pressure.
o\ Autonomy and decision making.

Desirable
o\ Experience in the Retail field.
o\ General knowledge of Organizational Communication.
