We are looking for a professional with experience in graphic design and copywriting to support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns. The selected person will work with structured workflows in Asana and Slack, collaborating in the production of visual content and texts aimed at conversion.
Responsibilities:
Design graphic pieces (images, icons and creatives) using tools such as Photoshop, Canva or others.
Write advertising texts for email marketing campaigns following established frameworks.
Create and configure email templates in Klaviyo.
Collaborate on task and project management through Asana and Slack.
Deliver first drafts within the usual 2-4 days after assignment.
Ensure visual and brand consistency across all materials.
Requirements:
Experience in graphic design and advertising writing.
Knowledge of email marketing and CRM, especially Klaviyo.
Basic knowledge of HTML (valuable).
Experience working with organized flows in tools like Asana.
Autonomous, organized and highly self-motivated profile.
Native level of German (essential).

Salary to receive
€300 - €700 / year
