Job Description
The position consists of being in charge of the visual listing strategy for Amazon and Brand Stores, controlling the entire creative process from competitor research to final execution.
The role involves designing visual assets optimized for conversions, CTR and consumer psychology, applying AI tools to improve research, ideation and iteration. This position requires independence, strategic thinking and knowledge of the Amazon marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Complete A–Z management of listing design on Amazon (main image, infographics, Premium A+ Content).
Competitor and market research before defining the creative direction.
Develop high-converting Hero images that communicate value in seconds.
Design of Brand Stores optimized for both desktop and mobile.
Creation of creatives for Sponsored Brands and PPC campaigns.
Maintain visual brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Integrate AI tools into research, ideation, iteration and optimization processes.
Use AI tools daily for research, ideation and asset generation.
Understand how to leverage AI for competitor analysis and optimization.
Think in terms of systems, prompts, automation and iteration.
Constantly test and adopt new AI capabilities.
See AI as part of the creative brain, not just a support tool.
Requirements:
Experience designing Amazon listings for e-commerce brands in the US.
Photoshop proficiency.
Experience with Figma and Canva (valued).
Fluent English (written and oral).

Salary to receive
$1,800 / month
