Job Description
We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer with a creative and performance-oriented profile to develop high-impact advertising campaigns for digital platforms. The selected person will be responsible for creating animated and static pieces for user acquisition, participating in the entire creative process, from the conception of ideas to final production.
Responsibilities:
Design animated and static creatives for marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, App Store, Google Play and other digital advertising channels.
Manage the entire creative production process, from ideation to final delivery, including the creation or search of visual assets, animation, editing, musical selection and sound effects.
Develop new concepts, creative hooks and visual proposals for results-oriented advertising campaigns.
Experiment with different visual styles, formats and creative approaches to identify those that generate the greatest impact on your audience.
Analyze creative performance and apply learnings to develop new versions and continually optimize campaigns.
Requirements:
Portfolio or demo reel that demonstrates a high level of motion design, creativity, and mastery of animation principles.
Experience in creating creatives for performance marketing, user acquisition or mobile advertising, with this type of projects being especially valued.
Creative mindset, curiosity about trends, and understanding the psychology behind ads that drive engagement and conversion.
Knowledge of visual design, including typography, composition, color and integration of graphic elements in animated pieces.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects.
Experience using artificial intelligence tools to support the creative workflow will be positively valued.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, with initiative, good communication and teamwork orientation.
