Job Description

We are looking for a senior profile with solid experience in adaptation and production of packaging for consumer brands (FMCG), focused on quality, speed and process control.

Key Responsibilities:
\ •\ Development and adaptation of final packaging arts (labels, packaging)
\ •\ Technical validation of files for pre-press (print-ready)
\ •\ Project coordination and monitoring (multiple SKUs / markets)
\ •\ Change management (label reports, claims, legal, etc.)
\ •\ Quality control and consistency in deliverables
\ •\ Interaction with internal teams and global clients
\ •\ Organization and monitoring on platforms (Zoho, internal systems)

Profile:
\ •\ +5 years in packaging production (ideally FMCG: food, beverage, personal care)
\ •\ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (expert level)
\ •\ Solid pre-press knowledge (bleeds, trapping, profiles, printing)
\ •\ Experience in handling multiple versions/variants
\ •\ Intermediate–advanced English (reading and communication)
\ •\ Orderly, structured profile with strong follow-up
\ •\ Ability to work under pressure with solution focus

\ •\ Experience with automation/structured flows (XML, databases, systems)
