At KBB, we are a young strategic marketing agency that believes in shared success.

We are looking for a Junior or Semi-Senior UX/UI Designer with a clinical eye for aesthetics and functionality. If you are excited by the challenge of transforming complex flows into intuitive screens, this is your place!

What will be your main challenge?
You will have the opportunity to work on the redesign and creation of platforms for high-level clients (such as the insurance sector), where your ability to manage design systems and create high-fidelity prototypes will be the key to success.

What will you do in your day to day life?

UI Design (60%): You will create attractive visual interfaces, iconography and components based on a solid Design System.

User Experience (20%): You will develop Journey Maps, User Maps, Blueprints and navigation flows (User Flows).

Prototyping (20%): You will develop interactive prototypes in Figma to visualize and test navigation before production.

Architecture: You will create Site Maps, wireflows and information categorization schemes.

What profile are we looking for?

Experience: Demonstrable track record as a UX/UI Designer (It is essential that you attach your Portfolio!).

Master Tool: Advanced knowledge of Figma (essential) and knowledge of Sketch or Adobe XD.

Methodology: Solid knowledge in User-Centered Design (UCD) and heuristic analysis.

Skills: Clear communication to present your proposals and ability to work as a team under a dynamic scheme.

What we offer you:

Salary: From $20,000 to $22,000 pesos net per month (depending on experience, mixed scheme).

Modality: 100% Home Office.

KBB Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Friday Early Release!: 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
