UX/UI Designer is sought to lead the visual and functional evolution of e-commerce sites, acting as a bridge between the brand vision and technical implementation, with the aim of ensuring an optimal purchase flow and an efficient user experience.
Responsibilities:
Create and update the interfaces of the sites, adapting international guidelines to the local needs of each brand.
Create replicable components and flows that improve efficiency across sites.
Manage initiatives by maintaining fluid and constant communication with the development team to ensure that what is designed is implemented correctly.
Actively monitor sites to identify points of friction and propose improvements based on user experience.
Design and propose experiments using testing tools to validate hypotheses and improve site performance.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in UX/UI design (or portfolio that demonstrates equivalent level).
Good command of Figma, with knowledge of: Auto Layout, components with variants and good file organization practices.
Prototyping to communicate flows and component states (hover, active, disabled, error, etc.).
Experience in graphic/digital design and use of Adobe Suite tools (Illustrator and Photoshop) is a plus.

Salary to receive
$1,000 - $1,500 / month
