Looking for a full stack WordPress and PHP developer with experience to build and maintain custom applications, optimize existing code, and lead front-end and back-end projects. The position requires collaboration with designers, project managers and other developers on international projects, ensuring high quality deliverables and optimal application performance.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain custom WordPress and PHP applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Modify and optimize existing PHP codebases, implementing efficient logic and caching.
Completely lead front-end and back-end development and design.
Design and refine visual components and front-end layouts using design tools.
Collaborate on responsive web design and UI improvements through prototyping.
Work with custom theme builders and perform advanced theme customization.
Implement front-end integrations using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML and CSS.
Architect and optimize databases for speed and reliability, without relying solely on external tools.
Manage caching layers, cookie rules, and overall performance optimization.
Use Git for version control, clean commits, and branch management.
Maintain clear and proactive communication, taking responsibility for deliverables.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of professional experience as a full stack WordPress and PHP developer.
Expert knowledge of PHP and WordPress, including hooks, filters, post types, taxonomies, and theme architecture.
Experience with custom theme builders.
Intermediate to advanced level of JavaScript and jQuery for dynamic interfaces.
HTML and CSS skills for clean and responsive UI builds.
Understanding of database architecture, data structuring and caching logic.
Experience using Git and working in version controlled environments.
Communication in English, written and spoken.
Demonstrated experience in agency-style environments managing multiple projects.

Salary to receive
$2,400 - $3,200 / month
