Position: Advertising Designer (Remote)

We are an online educational institution with a presence in Latin America, focused on high-level professional training. We are looking for a visual designer specialized in digital advertising to create high-impact graphic pieces and support their implementation in Meta campaigns (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp).
Role objective
Design attractive and persuasive advertising creatives that contribute to the commercial growth of the brand, supporting the execution and optimization of digital campaigns and conversion visual assets.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in designing pieces for digital advertising.
Portfolio with examples of ads for digital platforms.
Mastery of composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy and conversion-oriented design.
Use of design tools such as Adobe, Figma or Canva Pro.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads campaigns (structures, formats, audiences and objectives).
Ability to work with performance metrics and optimize creatives based on results.
Organization, responsibility and good communication in remote environments.
