UX/UI Designer
who wants to create simple, robust and usable digital experiences for real operating contexts: field, office and administrative management.
This role is key to translating business needs into people-centered digital solutions, facilitating technology adoption and improving operational efficiency.

Roles and responsibilities
Design and optimize user experiences and digital interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are
intuitive, accessible and effective
, considering users with different levels of digital literacy and demanding contexts of use (outdoor, limited connectivity, field operation).

Requirements and profile
What we look for in you...
Training
Design, Digital/Interaction Design, Computer Engineering with UX/UI specialization or related career.
Experience
2 to 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar roles.
Experience in web and/or mobile digital products (ideally B2B or business software).
Experience in research and validation with users.
Technical knowledge
UX Research and user-centered design methodologies.
Figma (exclusive)
.
Responsive and mobile-first design.
Prototyping and wireframing.
Design Systems and component libraries.
HTML/CSS notions to work with development.
Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
Technical or Intermediate English
Availability is required to work in person in Providencia, 2 blocks from the Manuel Montt metro.

Knowledge and desirable traits
It will be a plus if you also have...
Experience designing for industrial, agricultural or land sectors.
Design for users with low digital literacy.
Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG).
Use of analysis tools (Hotjar, GA, Mixpanel).
Microinteractions or animation (Lottie, After Effects, etc.).
Portfolio with complete processes (research → design → implementation).
