At Brainis we are looking for a comprehensive Digital Designer (graphic, editor and with a focus on AI), with judgment, speed and a creative mentality, capable of turning ideas into high-impact pieces for social networks.
We are looking for a profile that not only designs, but understands content, digital rhythm and how to visually connect with audiences. Someone who can execute fast, but well. Have a good eye, good judgment and desire to continue growing.

Profile we are looking for
•\ Professional or technician in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication or similar.
•\ Minimum experience of 2 years in design for digital content.
•\ Updated portfolio (essential).
•\ Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva or others).
•\ Good visual judgment, composition and understanding of digital trends.
•\ Ability to work with agility without losing quality.
•\ Good time management and adaptation to dynamic work rhythms.
•\ Proactivity, responsibility and focus on continuous improvement.

Key insights
•\ Design of pieces for social networks (posts, carousels, stories, etc.).
•\ Short video editing (Reels, TikTok, shorts).
•\ Knowledge of visual narrative for digital content.
•\ Management of generative AI tools (images and video).
•\ Familiarity with platforms such as:
o\ Kling
o\ Higgsfield
o\ Wan
o\ Grok
o\ Freepik AI
o\ Seedance
or\ or other similar
•\ Desirable:
o\ Knowledge in branding
o\ Web design (basic UI / landings)

Main functions
•\ Design visual content for social networks aligned with brand strategies.
•\ Edit short videos optimized for digital platforms.
•\ Adapt visual trends to the style of each client.
•\ Work together with creative and content team.
•\ Propose visual ideas and constant improvements.
•\ Use AI tools to optimize times and increase the quality of deliverables.
•\ Meet delivery times in dynamic work environments.
