What do we expect from you?
Experience in Marketing. Creativity and innovation in the development of concepts and graphic designs. Attention to detail and commitment to quality in each project. Mastery of graphic design tools such as Canva (Indispensable), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, InDesign, After Effects) Wordpress, ClickUp, Kajabi, Figma, Elementor, Shopify. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines. Close collaboration with our marketing and communication team to understand and meet design objectives. Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, typography, and color palettes. Comfort working remotely and excellent command of online communication tools.
Degree in Graphic Design or related fields. At least 2 years of verifiable experience in graphic design. Updated portfolio that demonstrates creativity, innovation and variety in graphic design projects. Ability to work with virtual teams and excellent communication. Proficiency in the English language will be a plus.
Creation of visual concepts that meet the specific needs of each project. Design of graphic materials for different channels, including digital, print, social networks and more. Active collaboration in brainstorming and creative proposals with the work team. Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message. Make adjustments based on feedback from the team and clients to achieve satisfaction with each delivery.
