Recognized creative agency is looking for a strategic, proactive and up-to-date Senior Graphic Designer in digital trends. The objective of the position is to lead high-impact projects, coordinate the creative team, maintain direct contact with clients and optimize workflows through the integration of artificial intelligence.
Main Responsibilities

Lead creative projects from conceptualization to final delivery, guaranteeing graphic coherence and compliance with brand guidelines.

Supervise, guide and accompany the creative team or assigned junior designers.

Manage the direct relationship with clients: presentation, support and alignment of visual proposals.

Design and develop graphic and audiovisual pieces for digital campaigns, branding, social networks and advertising material.

Integrate Artificial Intelligence tools in ideation, design and time optimization processes.

Ensure compliance with schedules, visual quality standards and efficient management of multiple brands.

Profile Requirements

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience performing the role of Senior Designer in advertising, communication or digital marketing agencies.

Leadership: Previous experience leading creative teams or staff in charge.

Tools: Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects).

Innovation: Mastery or experience applying generative AI tools applied to design.

Portfolio: Updated portfolio that demonstrates solid experience in branding, digital campaigns and audiovisual content.

Working Conditions

Salary: $4,000,000 - $4,500,000 COP + Legal benefits.

Type of Contract: Indefinite-term contract (direct connection with the agency).

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Modality: Remote (the company provides work equipment).
