We are a growing U.S.-based trucking dispatch company seeking an experienced Dispatcher to manage loads, communicate with brokers, and support drivers in real-time.

Responsibilities / Responsabilidades
Book loads using DAT, Truckstop, and load boards
Negotiate rates with brokers
Dispatch drivers and manage schedules
Track shipments and provide updates
Handle check calls and resolve issues
Maintain strong communication with drivers and brokers
Requirements / Requisitos

Fluent English (spoken and written) – REQUIRED
Experience in U.S. trucking dispatch or logistics
Familiar with DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Ability to work in U.S. time zones
Ability to recuit, hire, and on-board owner-operators through leads provided
