Opportunity: Dispatcher for delivery company in Florida, USA
WeKnock, a last-mile business company based in Florida (USA) and operating in 5 cities, is on duty with a bilingual Dispatcher (Despachador) to support our remote team. If you are organized, detailed oriented, you enjoy the logistical operation and you have excellent communication skills, we are sure to know!

Cargo details

Cargo: Dispatcher / Despachador de operaciones
Modality: 100% remote from Colombia
Type of contract: Service provision (independent contract)
Fees: $2,800,000 – $3,200,000 Monthly COP (según experiencia)
Schedule: Full time, moons in Vienna + one day at the end of the week (with one day off between weeks). Horario in huso GMT-5 (time of Colombia and Costa Este of EE.UU.)
Language: English level B2 (essential, will be assessed during the interview)

Responsibilities

Please note and support excellent customers and conductors (drivers) of the operation in the USA.
Maintain constant communication with drivers and supervisors via telephone, chat and internal platform.
Resolve in time real business incidents: delays, road changes, customer problems, operational failures.
Coordinate and optimize the assignment of pedestrians and routes to maximize operational efficiency.

Essential requirements

English level B2 possible (conversational fluido, escrito y oral).
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer attention positions, call center, operational support or dispatcher.
Intermediate-advanced management of digital tools: Google Workspace, computing tools, operational chats (WhatsApp Business, Slack), order management platforms.
Personal computer with good performance (minimum 8 GB RAM, i5 processor or equivalent).
Stable high speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps recommended) and preferred cable connection.
Audio with high-calibration microphone for calls.
Silent work space and free from interruptions.

Prior experience in delivery companies, last mile, logistics or transport.
Experiencia trabajando para empresas de EE.UU. o international clients.
Manejo de plataformas como Uber, Rappi, DoorDash, Postmates, Onfleet, Bringg o similares.
Analytical capability to interpret operating data.
