We combine technology, proximity, and human talent to create partnerships that drive growth and productivity on both sides.\nLocation: Remote Colombia\nEnvironment: Colombian and International Teams\nLanguage: English Advanced\nFull-time / Monday to Friday / 6am - 3pm PST / Weekends may be required occasionally depending on dispatch needs.\nSalary: $3.600.000 COP\n\nAbout the Role:\nThe Dispatcher plays a critical role in daily transportation operations by coordinating drivers, routes, and load assignments to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries. This position is responsible for sourcing freight, dispatching drivers, monitoring shipments, maintaining operational records, and minimizing vehicle downtime. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.\n\nResponsabilities:\nSource and book loads through multiple load boards and freight platforms to keep company vans consistently moving.\nDispatch and coordinate drivers throughout the day, including load assignments, pickup and delivery scheduling, and route updates.\nMonitor driver activity, shipment progress, ETAs, and service issues in real time.\nNegotiate load rates when necessary and verify load details before dispatching.\nMaintain driver logs, hours-of-service records, and operational documentation.\nTrack vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate service appointments when needed.\nCommunicate delays, service updates, and operational issues with drivers, customers, and management.\nSupport billing and invoicing processes by collecting PODs, uploading documentation, and ensuring paperwork accuracy.\nProvide daily operational reports and performance updates to leadership.\nMinimize vehicle downtime by proactively securing loads and optimizing dispatch schedules.\nManage driver onboarding, including collection of licenses, certifications, and required documentation.\nCoordinate driver additions and removals with insurance providers.\nCalculate driver compensation and collaborate with accounting to ensure timely payments.\nManage company fuel cards, including issuance, usage monitoring, spending limits, and issue resolution.\n\nRequirements:\n2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or fleet coordination.\nExperience working with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, Rainier, or similar platforms.\nStrong understanding of freight terminology, dispatch operations, and transportation workflows.\nExcellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple drivers and loads simultaneously.\nStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and strong follow-through with documentation and operational processes.\nProficiency with spreadsheets, email, dispatch software, and transportation management systems (TMS).\nBilingual English/Spanish.\n\nWork Setup Requirements:\nTo perform this role effectively, you must have:\nA quiet home office space to work optimally.\nA stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB).\nA laptop/desktop with updated software.\nA secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.",
