As part of our team, you will be responsible for:\nMarket and sell properties under contract to cash buyers and investors.\nManage and grow a network of buyers through calls, emails, and social media.\nUse InvestorLift to manage listings, offers, and buyer communications.\nNegotiate prices and ensure quick, profitable closings.\nCoordinate with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure smooth handover of deals\nMust-have:\nExperience in wholesale real estate dispositions.\nProficient with InvestorLift software (required).\nStrong negotiation and sales skills.\nAssertive, confident, and highly motivated to close deals.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, unfiltered environment.\n\nIf this role aligns with your experience and youre looking for a high-impact opportunity in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
