Do you have experience in corporate finance, financial analysis or investment management and are you interested in sharing your knowledge? At IEXE University we are looking for teaching talent to contribute to the training of professionals for the Master's Degree in Corporate Finance.

Academic profile

Master's degree in Corporate Finance, Finance, Financial Management or related field.

Required experience

-At least 3 years of professional experience in the financial field.
-Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher education, preferably at the postgraduate level.
-Experience in financial analysis, financial planning, evaluation of investment projects, risk management or corporate finance.

Main activities

-Provide attention and follow-up to students through the educational platform.
-Evaluate and provide feedback on activities and discussion forums within established deadlines.
-Teach virtual sessions, webinars, workshops and academic advice.
-Advise research projects and thesis seminars, monitoring their progress.
-Participate as thesis reader and synod in degree exams.
-Develop, review and update educational content and resources related to the financial field.
-Keep academic and degree monitoring records updated.

Knowledge and skills

Analysis and interpretation of financial statements.
Financial planning, budgets and evaluation of investment projects.
Corporate finance, capital structure and financial risk management.
Research methodology and postgraduate thesis structure.
Management of Moodle and tools for virtual sessions.
Mastery of Excel and financial analysis tools.
Effective communication, service orientation and ability to provide constructive feedback.
Organization and monitoring of academic processes.
