Physical Education Teacher – Live Classes

Specific Academic Project (Duration: 2 weeks)

We are looking for a dynamic professional, with solid training in Physical Education and pedagogical mastery, to join our team as a Physical Education Teacher in live classes, within a specific academic project oriented to the evaluation of teaching performance, with excellent financial compensation according to the scope and demands of the project.

This call corresponds to a temporary connection, exclusively for the execution of the described project.

Requirements:
•\ Third level degree in:
o\ Bachelor's Degree in Educational Sciences with a mention in Physical Education
o\ Pedagogy of Physical Activity and Sports
o\ Physical Culture
•\ Complementary training (desirable):
o\ Master's degree or diploma in Neuroeducation, Physical Education Didactics, Educational Inclusion or School Sports Training.
•\ Professional teaching experience of 3 years or more teaching Physical Education in EGB Superior and Baccalaureate (REQUIRED).
•\ Referential age: 25 to 35 years.
•\ Residence in Ecuador.
•\ Availability to execute the project in the following schedule:
o\ Duration: from February 9 to 20, 2026
o\ Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
o\ Hours: 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
o\ Modality: live classes
o\ The project contemplates competitive financial compensation, defined based on the scope of the project, the established workload and the professional profile of the selected teacher.

Required Skills and Aptitudes:
•\ Mastery of curricular planning under a skills approach with performance criteria and ERCA methodology.
•\ Ability to design sessions based on neuroconstructivism, stimulating executive functions through movement.
•\ Technical management of biopsychosocial evaluation (weight, height, BMI, somatotypes).
•\ Mastery of technical-sports fundamentals and training gymnastics.
•\ Application of educational inclusion strategies and curricular adaptations for students with SEN.
•\ Ability to structure pedagogical content adapted to virtual environments.
•\ Excellent communication, group leadership and encouragement of active participation.
•\ Comfort in front of the camera and fluid handling of live classes.
•\ Organization, punctuality and collaborative work with the academic team.

Your Responsibilities:
•\ Teach live Physical Education classes, aligned with the criteria of the evaluation of teaching performance.
•\ Prepare, organize and promptly deliver the required teaching resources: presentations, interactive activities, tests and complementary materials.
•\ Generate additional educational materials (documents, explanatory videos, multimedia resources).
•\ Upload recorded classes, resources and evaluations to the educational platform.
•\ Adjust contents and pedagogical methods according to the project guidelines.
•\ Encourage active participation, resolve doubts and promote collaborative work.
•\ Participate in academic coordination meetings when required.
•\ Strictly adhere to the assigned schedule and promote principles of responsibility, respect and effective communication.

Fundamental Tools (MANDATORY):
•\ Stable Internet connection.
•\ Functional computer for video classes and resource management.
•\ Webcam with good resolution and clear audio.
•\ Mastery of educational platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, Moodle.
•\ Management of interactive tools such as Kahoot, Quizizz and discussion forums.
