We are looking for Teachers Specialists in Test Preparation (PISA)
Within the framework of an ambitious educational transformation project in El Salvador, we are looking for teachers with an innovative outlook, capable of taking learning beyond the traditional classroom and strengthening key competencies in students. We are looking for professionals who not only teach, but also develop critical thinking, applied reasoning, and skills to face standardized assessments in real contexts.

What will you do?
•\ Design and deliver teaching processes focused on competencies
•\ Develop skills in reading comprehension, mathematical reasoning and scientific thinking
•\ Design PISA-type assessments and analyze results to close learning gaps
•\ Implement active methodologies (cases, simulations, problem-based learning)
•\ Accompany students in their training process with a close and motivating approach

What are we looking for?
•\ Graduates in Education, Mathematics, Language or related areas
•\ Minimum experience of 5 years working with adolescents
•\ Experience in competency development and standardized assessments
•\ Management of virtual learning environments and digital tools
•\ High analytical capacity, clear communication and focus on results

Conditions of the call
•\ Modality: 100% virtual / Contract for 3 months with the possibility of extension
•\ Scope: Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua
•\ Salary: 9,250,000
