Position Functions
Plan, teach and evaluate contents of the subject Programming and Virtualized Networks, following the institutional educational model.
Design teaching strategies that promote meaningful learning and the development of technical skills in vocational technical training students.
Guide and accompany students in their training process, facilitating practices, laboratories and projects related to networks, virtualization and software development.
Participate in the review and updating of curricular content, integrating new technologies and teaching methodologies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for the continuous improvement of teaching and learning processes.
Contribute to institutional evaluation and teaching professional development through participation in training and technological updating activities.
Advise students on professional internships and degree projects when appropriate.

Profile and requirements

Experience:
3 years in Advanced Network Administration, experience in Programmable Infrastructure. Knowledge of Python programming language.

Other requirements:
CCNA or CCNA DevNet certification desirable.

Desirable profile
Additional training in education or pedagogy, networking and/or virtualization certifications (for example, cloud provider certificates, CCNA/CCNP, etc.), experience in research or educational innovation projects, and availability to collaborate in institutional initiatives for continuous improvement and technological development will be an advantage. The capacity for adaptability, effective communication and an approach focused on student learning is appreciated.
