The INCCA University of Colombia is looking for Professors for the Law Program, in 100% remote mode, for connection in Full Time (TC) and Part Time (MT) mode. We are looking for professionals committed to university education, with teaching experience and mastery of tools for the development of virtual academic processes.\n Purpose of the position\nDevelop academic training processes in the Law Program, guiding student learning through relevant pedagogical strategies, academic support and use of virtual tools, contributing to the strengthening of professional competencies and the fulfillment of institutional objectives.\n Profile we are looking for\nProfessional in Law, with a completed Specialization or Master's Degree, experience in university teaching and management of virtual learning environments.\nWe are looking for Teachers with the ability to guide training processes, accompany student learning, develop academic content and use digital tools for teaching in virtual mode.\n Requirements\nProfessional degree in Law.\nSpecialization or completed Master's degree.\nMinimum 6 months of experience in university teaching.\nExperience in virtual mode or management of virtual learning environments.\nManagement of LMS Moodle, including administration of virtual classrooms.\nExperience in creating educational resources and designing learning activities.\nExperience in monitoring and evaluating the academic performance of students.\nAvailability to perform in 100% remote mode.\nKey knowledge\nManagement of the Moodle platform and virtual classrooms.\nDesign of digital educational activities and resources.\nTeaching and learning strategies in virtual mode.\nMonitoring and evaluating student performance.\nPreparation and updating of academic contents.\nLegal knowledge according to the area of expertise.\nPerformance areas\nAccording to the academic training and experience of the candidate, they may be assigned to one or more of the following academic spaces:\nPublic Law.\nAdministrative Law.\nProcedural Law.\nEnvironmental Law.\nCivil Law.\nCriminal Law.\nLabor Law.\nProcedural Law.
