Training consultancy in expansion phase seeks expert professionals for the design and delivery of courses in remote mode (Synchronous and Asynchronous).

We are looking for specialists who have solid knowledge in their area and are interested in digitizing their expertise to integrate it into our professional training platform. The objective is to create high-impact learning paths aimed at the corporate and professional sphere.

Areas of interest:
Human Resources: Leadership, Talent Management, Organizational Culture.

Communication: Public Speaking, Non-Verbal Communication, Writing, Storytelling.

Marketing and Digital Strategy.

Soft Skills: Emotional Intelligence, Time Management, Negotiation.

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive pedagogical design of the program (objectives, modules and materials).

Creation of visual and educational content for the platform.

Recording of content for asynchronous mode.

Teaching live classes (synchronous) under own schedule.

Requirements (Exclusive):

Senior professional experience in the chosen area.

Previous experience in training, education or teaching.

Mastery of digital pedagogical design tools (Canva, Genially, or similar).

Fluent management of platforms for virtual classes and LMS environments.

Availability for 100% Remote work.
