Requirements:
Medicine and Surgery Graduate
English Proficiency/ Excellent Oral and Written Communication.
IT Proficiency orTech Savvy
Knowledge of US ICD-Coding preferred
Full time availability

Duties:
Preparing the medical chart
Prior visit review
Bring relevant hx forward
Bring diagnoses forward
Find and add test results
Review Remote patient device information
Prepare chart for visit (appointment agenda)
Patient Visit Document while the physician sees
Other duties as assigned.
