Job Description
Looking for a video editor with an interest in business and entrepreneurship to join the Starter Story team. The position involves transforming long-form footage into engaging videos of approximately 15 minutes, selecting the most valuable fragments of each interview or recorded content. The person will work following an iterative production process, with delivery times of 24 to 48 hours, and will have the opportunity to experiment with different visual styles and simple graphics.
Responsibilities:
Edit 1-2 hours of footage to produce a video of approximately 15 minutes, selecting the most valuable parts of each response.
Work in an iterative production process, with delivery times of 24 to 48 hours maximum.
Adapt to new visual and content styles.
Engage in creating motion graphics or designs for simple business concepts.
Requirements:
Experience editing content or business stories.
Knowledge of Descript, Premiere and/or After Effects.
Ability to receive feedback constructively to improve videos.
Willingness to carry out several revisions to optimize the final result.
Interest in telling stories and curating valuable pieces of content.

Salary to receive
$500 - $2,500 / depending on the video and the work done
