You will be responsible for bringing the brand to life through video and motion design, contributing to how it communicates visually across different marketing, product and brand touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects from concept to delivery, developing stories consistent with the brand.
Maintain and evolve visual standards, motion principles and video creation processes.
Continuously improve the way we produce and scale audiovisual content.
Requirements:
Senior experience in motion design and video production, with work that shows complete project management in marketing, product and brand.
Ability to work independently on complex projects, anticipating challenges and delivering quality results in dynamic environments.
Knowledge of brand marketing and experience translating brand principles into consistent and scalable motion across campaigns and channels.
Mastery of tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro, with criteria for storytelling, rhythm and sound.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration, clearly communicating creative intent and strategy to marketing and other areas.
Experience in mentoring and influencing, supporting the development of designers and collaborators without formal people management responsibilities.
Curiosity and adaptability to new tools and technologies, including AI workflows, with a focus on improving quality, efficiency and creative scalability.
