Job Description
We are looking for an intranet web editor responsible for overseeing editorial content and ensuring the consistency and quality of published information. He will be the central point of contact for collaborators and will be in charge of keeping the platform updated and visually attractive, supporting departments in the creation and maintenance of their pages.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the intranet as editorial webmaster, including the training and orientation of decentralized collaborators.
Manage the timely publication of news and announcements, ensuring that content is visually appealing and properly formatted.
Create and update intranet pages according to department requests, ensuring visual consistency and structural integrity.
Ensure editorial consistency and content quality across the platform, following established design standards.
Design and adapt graphic elements, such as banners, icons and infographics, using Canva to improve digital storytelling.
Act as a central point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on the CMS and resolving technical issues.
Coordinate with development teams to report bugs, test new features, and collect user feedback for platform improvement.
Requirements:
Experience in web content management, preferably in a large multicultural organization or EU institution.
Advanced knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), especially Drupal.
Understanding of HTML and CSS to support page layout and resolution of technical problems.
Competence in digital design, including resizing images, adapting formats and creating resources (Canva).
Ability to coordinate, train, and provide clear guidance to a diverse network of content contributors.
Great attention to detail and high standards of quality, accuracy and tone of content.
Organizational ability to manage multiple requests from departments under tight deadlines.
Written and verbal communication skills in English.
