At Grupo AMGA we are looking for talent as a Video and Digital Content Editor

Activities:
• Edit reels from 7 to 90 seconds for Instagram, TikTok and Stories depending on the publication schedule
• Select the best hook (from the 3 recorded versions) for each reel — the first frame decides everything
• Consistent color correction per brand
• Add subtitles, on-screen texts and CTAs based on calendar hook scripts
• Synchronize and clean ASMR audio (normalize, cut silences, maintain sound peaks)
• Create stories with text, interactive stickers (surveys, quiz, countdown)
• Design carousels in Canva or similar tool
• Export in optimized formats
• Schedule publication in Meta Business Suite and Instagram/TikTok
• Maintain bank of text templates, subtitles and graphic elements by brand
• Deliver organized lots
• Propose creative editing ideas: transitions, effects, trending formats that you see in other accounts

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year editing content for social networks (mandatory portfolio with edited reels)
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for advanced video editing
• Mastery of Adobe Lightroom for photo retouching and color correction
• Use of CapCut Pro for quick editing of reels (transitions, text, rhythm)
• Knowledge of Canva to design carousels and stories
• Ability to produce high volume with consistent quality on a part-time schedule
• Knowledge of Reels/TikTok trends: transitions, rhythm of cuts, visual hooks, trending formats
• Typography for video: legible subtitles, animated text, positioning that does not cover the food
• Color correction: white balance, saturation, mood by brand
• Fast turnaround: deliver edited batches within 24-48 hours of receiving material

We offer:
Remote with 1 day in person (Thursday). Option to work in person if you prefer.
Half day, flexible in distribution. It can be morning or afternoon depending on preference. What matters is the timely delivery of batches of content according to the publishing schedule. ",
