We are looking for Integral Executives for our Call Center!
If you have communication skills, assertiveness, customer service and computer skills, this opportunity is for you.

Requirements (read carefully):
Previous experience of at least 6 months in CALL CENTER.
You must use a computer with RAM memory from 8GB onwards (EXCLUSIVE)
You must have internet connected by network cable (EXCLUSIVE)
You must use a headband or headphones with audio input and output, connected to your computer (EXCLUSIVE)
Basic level use of Excel
Management of video calling tools (Teams, Meets, Zoom, etc.)
Experience working REMOTELY
IMMEDIATE availability

Features:
Supports in carrying out telephone surveys, through the platforms provided.
Assist in making and receiving customer calls
Support with the process of scheduling appointments/customer service hours in the software
designated for this.
Respond and advise any queries that may arise from clients while in office.
contacts with them and, if required, escalate the issues about which you do not have information or
access with your boss.
Telephone assistance with platform clients (doubts, complaints, solutions)
Assist in making and receiving calls to clients as requested.

We offer:
100% teleworking modality (Remote, home-office, work from home)
Salary: $540,000 liquid (with the option of sporadic bonuses if new projects arise)
Project contract. First 5-day contract, then monthly renewals for 6 months. Indefinite contract based on project performance and results.
Caja Los Andes, Affiliation with the ACHS.
Schedule: 44 hours per week on a rotating basis in time ranges between 8:00 a.m. and 9:45 p.m. Shifts from Monday to Friday and 1 shift only from Monday to Saturday.
45 minutes a day for snacks from Monday to Friday + two breaks of 15 minutes each.
