We are looking for Comprehensive Executives for our Call Center!\nIf you have skills in communication, assertiveness, customer service and computer knowledge, this opportunity is for you.\n\nRequirements (read carefully):\nPrevious experience of at least 6 months in CALL CENTER.\nYou must use a computer with RAM from 8GB onwards (EXCLUSIVE)\nYou must have internet connected by network cable (EXCLUSIVE)\nYou must use a headband or headphones with audio input and output, connected to your computer (EXCLUDED)\nBasic level use of Excel\nManagement of video calling tools (Teams, Meets, Zoom, etc.)\nExperience working REMOTELY \nIMMEDIATE availability\nOperating Systems supported by the system (EXCLUDED):\nWINDOWS:\nWindows 10\nWindows 11\nAPPLE MAC:\nVersion 11.2.3 Big Sur\nVersion 12.5 Monterey\nVersion 13.0 Ventura\nVersion 14.0 Sonoma\nVersion 15.0 Sequoia\n\nFunctions:\nSupports in carrying out telephone surveys, using the platforms provided.\nSupport in making and receiving customer calls\nSupport with the process of scheduling appointments/customer service hours in the software\ndesignated for this.\nRespond and advise any queries that may arise from clients while you are in\ncontact with them and, if required, escalate issues on which you do not have information or\naccess with your management.\nTelephone support with clients of the platform (doubts, complaints, solutions)\nSupport in making and receiving calls to clients as requested.\n\n We offer:\n100% teleworking modality (Remote, home-office, work from home)\nSalary: $540,000 liquid (with the option of sporadic bonuses if new projects arise)\nContract per project. First 5-day contract, then monthly renewals for 6 months.
