Job Description

An important legal firm is looking for Call Center Executives for the Scheduling area.

Features:
• Attention and Compliance with the Script.
• Receive and/or return telephone calls, in which the company's services are offered, in order to capture and schedule prospects for interviews.
• Manage the assigned portfolio by telephone applying the business's own policies according to Assignor (collections/sales).
• Follow up on scheduled unassisted and attended prospects without contract closure, with the objective of rescheduling appointments for an interview with a lawyer.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience in a call center collection area, insurance sales, Renegotiations/Refinancing and customer service.
• Handling of objections, persuasiveness and argumentation capacity.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information and offer solutions/alternatives.

You must have:
• Computer enabled in working condition.
• Stable Internet.

Conditions:
• Availability to work Monday to Friday office hours. (09:00 to 19:00 hrs, Friday 1 hr discount).
• Availability to work remotely. (100%)
• Possess requested work tools

Salary:
• $529,000 liq. + training bonus $150,000 liq. or commissions as appropriate. (explained in the interview).",
