Job Description

Service executive for telephone, WhatsApp, email and social networks to manage questions, receive comments or complaints from our affiliated businesses.

Requirements:

High school graduate, university student.
1 year experience in customer service (Call Center essential).
Dynamic, creative and extroverted person.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays (two days off during the week) in home office mode.
