CONTACT CENTER / CALL CENTER TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE

Your Mission
Manage comprehensive verifications (work, academic and personal) on our digital Platform, ensuring quality and speed.
Your Challenges
Digital Management: Operate and prioritize requests on the platform.
Connection: Contact applicants and references to validate data.
Reports: Prepare consolidated reports for billing and monthly closing.
Support: Provide timely responses to clients and coordinate deadlines.
What are we looking for?
Studies: Administration, Communications or similar (in progress or graduated).
Experience: 2 years in Call Center, Customer Service or Administration.
Tools: Platform management, Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
Skills: Effective communication, analysis and organization.
