Important legal firm is looking for Call Center Executives for the Collections area.

Features:
• Attention and Compliance with the Script.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
• Comply with policies regarding your work and the company in general.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience in Collections, Renegotiations/Refinancing.
• Handling of objections, persuasiveness and argumentation capacity.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information and offer solutions/alternatives.

You must have:
• Computer enabled in working condition.
• Stable Internet.

Conditions:
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday (09:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
• Availability to work remotely. (100%)
• Possess requested work tools
