Job Description

Company dedicated to the marketing of imported products for the beauty, aesthetics and well-being sector incorporates a Sales Executive to manage the complete cycle of online sales and in-person demonstrations.
The position is 100% remote, with the need to make short coordinated visits with potential clients.

Responsibilities
• Manage product sales via social networks, WhatsApp, email and web.
• Carry out active prospecting and expand the customer base.
• Coordinate and execute in-person demonstrations (30 min).
• Receive inquiries, advise and carry out commercial monitoring.
• Put together quotes for current and potential clients.
• Loyalty and development of business relationships.
• Manage mailings with updates and promotions.
• Create accounts for clients and accompany the purchasing process.
• Send daily management reports and schedule agreed meetings.

Requirements (Exclusive)
• Woman + 25 years
• Complete secondary school.
• Previous sales experience (1–2 years minimum).
• Experience in prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Experience in online sales and e-commerce.
• Knowledge of commercial processes.
• Proactivity, self-management, commercial vision.
• Excellent communication and results orientation.
• High tolerance for frustration.
• Own mobility (desirable).

Assessed requirements
• Student or graduate of Marketing, Commercialization, APM or similar.
• Knowledge of CRM.
• Experience in aesthetics, beauty products or food supplements.
• Management of social networks.
• Experience in call center / telemarketing

Contract conditions
• Modality: Home office + scheduled visits.
• Day: Monday to Friday 4 hours (target-oriented)
• Monotax.
• Basic salary + weekly commissions.
• Self-managed schedule as long as daily objectives are met.",
