Job Description

We are currently searching for a sales executive.

REQUIREMENTS:
 Minimum proven experience of 2 years in sales, preferably in services or intangible products.
 Experience in B2C sales and commercial service through phone calls and WhatsApp.
 Basic knowledge of online marketing and sales.
 Management of WhatsApp Business for customer service and follow-up.
 Knowledge of Google drive, Docs and Sheets.
 Ability to work oriented towards results and objectives.

FUNCTIONS:
 Correctly execute the commercial process and the sales speech.
 Provide personalized attention and follow-up to prospects and clients through calls and WhatsApp.
 Manage, record and update lead and customer information in control systems (CRM / Drive).
 Prepare and send daily commercial management reports to the Commercial Headquarters.
 Support complementary commercial activities in the area, as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
 Modality: Teleworking
 Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1 hour snack) and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
 Equipment: Personal computer and corporate mobile.
