Job Description
We are looking for Member Service Executives in Call Center and multi-channel service!

Requirements:
Minimum experience of 6 months in a Call Center in the last 2 years (customer service, partners or technical support, after-sales service).
Basic-intermediate Excel (management of multiple spreadsheets).
Use Google Docs (Google documents and spreadsheets)
Experience in managing some Call Center Software is desirable.
Management of tools such as Zoom, Teams or other online communication platforms (EXCLUSIVE).
Own computer with stable Internet access.
Excellent diction, writing, active listening and communication skills.
High empathy, commitment to the environmental cause and service orientation.
Features:
Attend and manage all the requirements that arise in the different contact channels, both inbound and outbound: Phone calls, Chat (whatsapp, messenger, etc.), Email, Video calls
Respond to queries, requests and complaints from members or non-members
Resolve incidents in the first contact or escalate to second level depending on the procedure of each case.
Record and track each case you handle and close once it is resolved.
Record each contact made through various channels.
Offer effective solutions to different queries
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of campaigns, policies and procedures.
Channel requirements from your supervisor or manager
Conduct satisfaction surveys
Meet performance indicators
Contribute to improving processes by identifying and reporting improvement opportunities.
Working Conditions:
Employment contract for an external company.
100% remote, with requirement for in-person meetings upon prior request.
Part-time Mon-Fri: 28 hours per week + 30 minutes of snacks from Monday to Thursday.
Base liquid salary $330,000 + variable depending on performance (resolution rates, quality, etc.).
Rotating shifts will be organized weekly:
AM Shift:
Mon to Thu 09:00 to 15:30 (30 min snack)
Fri: 09:00 to 13:00
PM Shift:
Mon to Thu 12:30 to 18:00 (30 min snack)
Fri: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(Shifts can be modified in entry and exit between 08:00 AM and 20:00 PM)
