Important travel agency specialized in car, motorhome and camper rentals is looking to integrate a Customer Service Executive with advanced command of English into its team\nFunctions:\n- Customer service by email and telephone \n- Reservation management \n- Contact with suppliers \n- Resolution of customer problems\n\n\nJob Requirements:\n\n- High level of English (exclusive) \n- Studies in tourism or business administration \n- Previous experience in a position similar in the tourism area\n- Experience with reservation management programs \n- Mastery in email management / written communication with clients \n- Experience answering client calls\n\n\nWorkplace: 100% teleworking\n- Morning and afternoon hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. \n- Alternate weekends. \n- One day off per week. \n- 37 days of vacation. \n- Travel to Iceland after 6 months in the company and before 5 years\nService provision contract",
