An important company that provides supplies, medical devices and high-standard clinical technologies, is looking for Call Center Executives for a 1-month project (high probability of extension) for the Collections area.

Features:
· Telephone collection of overdue accounts.
· Payment management with clients.
· Monitoring of commitments.
· Registration in Duemint system.
· Portfolio update.

Requirements:
• Experience at least 2 years in Collections,
• Renegotiations/Refinancing.
• Handling of objections, persuasiveness and argumentation capacity.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information and offer solutions/alternatives.
•Management of Duemint System or similar

Conditions:
• Availability to work from Monday to Thursday (09:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). and Friday (09:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)
• Availability to work in person. (100%)

Salary:
• $751,000 liq.
