An important international organization dedicated to the protection of the environment, is looking for Part-time Call Center Operators to join our telemarketing team.\n\nResponsibilities: \n-Make telephone calls to potential clients/partners of our database to present the work of the organization and generate new subscribing clients (partners).\n-Manage to obtain the largest number of members possible during the month.\n-Identify opportunities to increase the membership base and achieve objectives of fundraising.\n-Record the information of potential partners in a precise and detailed manner in the database and fill out forms.\n-Maintain a general behavior aligned with the values of the NGO, in terms of respect for people and the environment.\n-Report to your management and client any irregularity in the fulfillment of the service.\n-Preparation of reports and documents according to the requirements\n\nRequirements: \n-Previous experience in a Call Center of at least 6 months in the last 2 years, in DIRECT SALES and Acquisition of NEW clients (EXCLUSIVE).\n-Management of Microsoft Office tools at user level.\n-Management of communication tools (Zoom, Teams or any other).\n-Computer with internet access and availability to telework.\n-Availability to work in PART TIME mode at established times.\n-Very good diction, modulation and handling of objections. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.\n\nWe offer: \n\n-Part-time contract of 28 hours per week, with teleworking from your home.\n-Liquid salary of $351,800 plus commissions for each new member recruited.\n-Training and continuous support so that you can achieve your goals and grow within the company\n-Schedule: The daily work schedule will be distributed according to the following shifts:\nSHIFT1: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.\nSHIFT2: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.\nSHIFT3: Monday to Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.\nSHIFT4: Monday to Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.\nThe worker will have the right to 30 minutes a day for lunch from Monday to Thursday.\n \nWe are waiting for your application!",
