If you are passionate about building valuable relationships with clients, have communication skills, are organized and enjoy solving real problems, this opportunity is for you. You will be a key part of the team that ensures our customers get the most out of our platform — from onboarding to post-sales follow-up.
What will you do?
Proactive care
•\ Train clients in person or remotely.
•\ Create support materials: FAQs, guides, instructions and presentations.
•\ Actively communicate with your portfolio to detect needs and opportunities for improvement.
•\ Promote services and products according to the profile of each client or ongoing campaigns.
•\ Generate reports with opportunities to improve service.
Reactive attention
•\ Resolve requirements directly or refer them to the corresponding area.
•\ Ensure compliance with response times (SLA) and escalate critical cases with agility.
•\ Contribute to the continuous improvement of support tools (automatic responses, knowledge base).
•\ Report service statistics and inform management in critical situations.
Management and reporting
•\ Keep the customer database updated (complete, real and current information).
•\ Generate satisfaction reports and propose service improvement plans.
What we are looking for
•\ Experience in customer service or after-sales of intangible products (software, digital services, technology or similar).
•\ Effective communication skills and genuine customer orientation.
•\ Ability to prioritize tasks and organize in dynamic environments.
•\ Mastery of technological tools and office automation.
•\ Proactivity, empathy and solution-oriented mindset.
•\ Experience in electronic billing, ERP or SaaS platforms will be an advantage.
