We are looking for committed and proactive Back Office Executives to join our team.

Position Objective:
Provide administrative support to the logistics team and guarantee efficient order tracking, ensuring effective communication with internal and external customers to resolve incidents related to order management.
Main Functions:
•\ Validation and/or sales entry according to internal policies.
•\ Detection and escalation of possible fraud.
•\ Management of tickets derived from internal areas.
•\ Management and re-entry of commercial orders.
•\ Sending notifications to clients.
•\ Communication with clients or telecommunications companies to resolve requirements or complaints.
•\ Coordination with internal areas as required.
•\ Management and monitoring of errors in business processes.
•\ Record of information associated with the procedures carried out.
•\ Compliance with times and volumes assigned by direct management.
Working Conditions:
•\ Schedule (5x2 rotating shifts):
•\ Shift A: Saturday to Thursday: 09:00 to 19:00 Friday: 09:00 to 18:00
•\ Shift B: Saturday to Thursday: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
•\ Shift C: Saturday to Thursday: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
•\ Mode: Remote
•\ Contract: Replacement for Medical Leave
•\ Liquid salary: $590,000
