Join our team as a SaaS Commercial Executive for the real estate sector!

At Dinamo, we are looking for a commercial profile with a hunger for growth who wants to be a protagonist in the expansion of a technological startup in the real estate sector. If you are passionate about prospecting, closing, and building long-term relationships, this opportunity is for you.

Role Objective:
100% commercial profile focused on prospecting, closing and loyalty, with direct responsibility for generating income in software sales for the real estate sector.

Focus and Key Responsibilities:
Cold prospecting and lead management (including existing warm leads).
Closing of sales of technological solutions (real estate software).
Management of the complete business cycle:

Prospecting
Negotiation
Closing of contracts
Implementation support
Loyalty and account growth (Key Account Management)

Work closely with the implementation team to ensure proper adoption of the product.
Meeting aggressive monthly business goals.

Requirements and Experience:
Experience in B2B technology sales (SaaS or software).
Knowledge or affinity with the construction or real estate sector (desirable).
Ability to handle objections, negotiate and close deals.
High autonomy, proactivity and growth mindset.
Strong commercial attitude over years of experience.
Experience in startups or dynamic environments is a plus.

Compensation:
Base salary: COP $2,500,000
Expected average monthly income: COP 5,000,000 (including commissions).

Commission scheme:

3% on monthly rates
14% on the total value of implementations
Additional income from upselling (module activations).

Designed for ambitious and results-oriented business profiles.

Modality and Location:
Modality: 100% remote.
Ideal location: Medellín or Antioquia (due to proximity to clients and events).
Availability for occasional visits to clients.

Contract Type:
Contract with legal benefits.
Constituent salary commissions.
(Type of contract to be confirmed: possibility of indefinite).

Role Expectations:
Closing of at least one business from the first month.

Initial goal:

4 new companies monthly (May - June)
5 new companies (July - September)
7 new companies (October - December)
