At Manpower Group Chile, we are looking for commercial executives to join the sales team of a Chilean company specialized in loyalty programs, incentives and logistics services. With more than 25 years of experience, he focuses on strengthening the relationship between companies and their clients or collaborators through personalized solutions.
Main functions:
•\ Seek new business opportunities through digital channels: Social Networks, LinkedIn, own contacts or referrals.
•\ Execute the commercial strategy, negotiation and sale of the products or services sold by the company.
•\ Management of weekly and monthly sales monitoring.
•\ Analysis of sales indicators and results to make commercial decisions that allow reversing trends that risk the fulfillment of business objectives.
•\ Build customer loyalty and portfolio development through virtual meetings.
•\ Monitoring payments for contracted services.
•\ Monthly compliance with established goals and objectives.
Requirements:
•\ Technicians or university professionals related to the commercial area.
•\ 3 years of experience in the sales area.
• Experience in selling benefits for companies (gift cards, among others)
Liquid salary according to the market + attractive commission system.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Mode: 100% Remote.",
