We are a travel agency specialized in high-level tailored experiences in Spain and Portugal, working mainly with international agencies from the United States, Canada and Latin America.

We are looking to add to our team a person based in Panama, with a commercial profile and international orientation, who will support us both in attracting new clients (agencies and partners) and in the monitoring and development of existing opportunities.

It is a dynamic and long-term position, ideal for someone who wants to grow in the luxury tourism sector and develop a career in an international environment.

Main functions
•\ Proactive contact with potential clients (B2B: travel agencies and international partners)
•\ Tracking leads and business opportunities
•\ Support in the preparation of proposals and commercial presentations
•\ Management of communications (email, calls, WhatsApp) with international clients
•\ Coordination with the team in Spain
•\ Basic CRM update and commercial activity monitoring

Searched profile
•\ Experience in tourism, sales or commercial service (minimum 1-2 years)
•\ Excellent level of verbal and written communication
•\ Fluent English essential (level test will be carried out)
•\ Proactive, organized and results-oriented profile
•\ Interest in quality tourism / tailored experiences
•\ Basic management of digital tools (CRM, email, etc.)
It will be especially valued:
•\ Previous experience in a travel agency or hospitality sector
•\ Experience in B2B sales or international contact
