The Commercial Executive reports to the Commercial Coordinator and works under the Software Product Manager, executing the commercial strategy and leading the complete B2B cycle, from diagnosis to closure, with a consultative and results-oriented approach.

We focus on you leading the
commercial strategy execution
and the
quota compliance
(Forecast). Your daily life will include
prospecting
,
lead capture
and the
attendance at technological events
to generate relevant business opportunities.
You will manage the
complete B2B sales cycle
: you will diagnose the client, prepare and present
software demo
, you will prepare proposals, you will conduct
negotiations
and you will execute the
closure
.
You will work with focus
consultative
, ensuring follow-up
after-sales
to strengthen the business relationship and continuity. Additionally, you will keep the
CRM
and you will manage the commercial process with discipline and planning.
You will report results and progress to the commercial team, coordinating activities to sustain the pipeline and improve conversion.

We are looking for a profile with a technical base and commercial focus to sell IT services, infrastructure and backup software. The ideal person has training such as
Technician, Technologist or Systems Engineer
(or similar), or training aimed at
sales
or
technology
, which allows you to translate customer needs into clear solutions.
We value experience in
sale of IT services
and/or technological solutions, with the ability to build trust through a style
consultative
. Knowledge required
ITIL Basic
and experience or familiarity with
CRM
to organize the pipeline and client information.

discipline

planning
to sustain the Forecast and meet objectives. Teamwork is key: you will coordinate with the commercial area and respond to the leadership of the Software Product Manager and the Commercial Coordinator.

Previous experience selling B2B software, technical support, or infrastructure solutions with consultative sales cycles.
Working knowledge of ITIL-aligned IT processes and operation (e.g. incident, problem or change management).
Demonstrable track record of meeting quotas (Forecast) and pipeline construction.
Ability to prepare and execute demos that adapt to the client's needs.
Experience using CRM (tracking of activities, opportunities, stages and reports).
Frequent participation in technological events for prospecting and alliances.
